Terminating someone is the opposite of surrounding himself with them. Take it from someone who has hire more than a hundred workers through the years...their resume looks great...they wow you in the interviews...you hire them...a few months into it, you’re asking yourself..."What happened to the person I thought I hired?" I will also say, it is much harder firing someone for no other reason than them not living up to your standards than it is keeping them on and putting up with their mediocrity.
