The only similarity between that agreement and this one is the price per acre.

Northern Dynasty took on equity ownership given the loan with this company. That is a very big difference.

Northern Dynasty has already paid roughly usd 300,000 to maintain the claim status.

Northern Dynasty is the one controlling any news release as such.

Debt ownership IS ownership, until released from such.
