Has anyone else out there that trades in Q and penny stocks noticed that they have not been running anything this year like they had been the previous few years?? Was there some sort of regulation passed or something, or do these things just run in cycles? I know in 2008 and 2009 there were so many Q and penny runners that I couldn't even keep track. It just seems now that everything is getting crushed into the ground. Will the Q's and pennies start to run again? Starting to lose hope . . .
