If I read it correctly, Kaplanis has filed in court that his 100,000 shares of JBI "would have an estimated worth of approximately Three Million to Twelve Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00 - $12,000,000.00".

That would mean a share price of $30 to $120. That's his own opinion of course, but it's on the record (the court record).
