The buy back is speculation and should be treated like a rumor. There is no proof or offical word that this is happening. It may be happening but it is taking someones word for it. The one question that can't be answered is why would you buy back after you diluted the stock a few weeks before. It is not a logical step. Be careful and do your own due diligence.
