Let's see, if you keep the company from making deals, they can't make payments or keep up with their obligations can they. Then you can take the patents through agreements that weren't legit can't you. The goal in my opinion has always been to get the patents, never to enhance the company. It is pretty obvious. Had they lived up to the 2008 agreement and sat back, they would be in a much better position right now. The new BOD are tuned in to all of the current and past deals etc and I don't think they will negotiate the farm away this time.
