are you sure the R/S will be like this?

If I read the announcement I understand it that only those who after the conversion 1.:100,000. will achieve a number greater than
100 will qualify, the rest will be neglected.
This way as it states after the conversion there will only be shareholders with more than 100 shares.

This means to be considered at the time of conversion one should have at least 10,000,000. shares.
