Everyone is allowed 4 picks, one per week, you can pick only one week or all 4, it is the total % for the month, weather it be 1,2,3 or 4 picks.

If you do not pick another pick this month, then you finish the monet with 150% gainer for the month, if you pick the same stock next week, it goes down 50% then you have 100% going forward.
