My two cents for what its worth is EV is going to do whats best for him not his investors. He finally alluded to the fact that he is selling shares in the e-mail to pete. My opinion is that he knew from the beginning that it would be brought down from 25 cents to 0001 so imagine if the stock is shorted all the way down. Tons of money was generated shorting and diluting all the way to nothing. Now as he said these things are not illegal,this is why he justified his actions. Although it is not illegal unless there was inside information along the way,I believe like Bux, it is highly unethical to portray yourself as doing all you can for the company while you watch the PPS driven into the ground.
