They have to control 50% for a major deal to go through.

It would appear that they are going after scenario 1, dilute by 107 million shares.

I don't buy the "gift" theory, the transaction took place at an average price of .25, and so was technically fair. Had the transaction taken place at say .15 then it would have been a gift.

Also, anyone buying the FAQ's? Seem Phoney Baloney to me.
