You know the more I think about it the more weird I think it is that ERHE would make public an internal company policy about blackouts and insider trading. While almost all companies have such a policy and go to great lengths to make sure those affected understand it, I don't believe I've ever seen anyone publicize it like this. And that is especially true what you consider the really important things they never tell us.
