Yup, following them, but the chart is still negative and there is a good chance it might be available under $9. The approval of the route was known to all interested parties for at least two weeks. Netanyahu is still trying to fight the new route, but there was no doubt construction would resume, so think that apart of a pop, maybe to $11 or so, nothing more for now.
