You will notice that I started a brand new fresh squeaky clean message JUST IN CASE you get paid to post I avoided a 'reply'.
Apparently you doubt the veracity of the merger. A press release is one thing, but a Form 8-K filing is another. This is a SEC required document and you will NOT find any provisions for safe harbor etc.
