stock2rise, you are missing the point.

The mechanics of it is such that if your are taking over the company by printing shares (as opposed to buying them on the open market), then it's not enough to print shares as a percentage of the old shares outstanding, you have to do it as a percentage of the NEW shares outstanding, post printing. Hence you have to print EVEN more or as I calculate it approx. 107 million shares in order for Offor to achieve 50%.
