Lets take a look at the twentieth of September of 2007, a Thursday to be correct, a very exciting day for "Artfest" and its CEO Mr. Larry Ditto since it seems that its their first day on the market! Not bad opening at $50! But who is this Mr. Larry Ditto?

Mr. Larry D. Ditto is Director of Artfest International, Inc. Mr. Ditto served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer until December 2007. Mr. Ditto has been involved with the Company since early 2005 as its then CEO and was later appointed President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 1979, Mr. Ditto became President, CEO, and 50% owner of a business that provided group purchasing programs for nursing homes. He specialized in negotiating agreements with suppliers for purchases of hundred of millions of dollars. The company was sold in 1996 to its competitor and he accepted a work/consulting agreement with the new owners. His contract ended in 2006. In 1967 Mr. Ditto completed an MA in elementary administration and entered the doctoral program at Michigan State University as a teaching fellow.

Artfest International, Inc. announced the completion of the acquisition of Art Channel, Inc., a privately held Direct Marketing Company for Fine Art reproductions and Collectibles. The Company also announced the appointment of Edward Vakser as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
