Good Question, just went through the quarterly financials and they have several kinds of Preferred Shares, E, F, G, hard to say what the "Restricted Shares" are and when they could release more into the O/S. As Firemedic0001 said, this could be risky and be careful, it is hard to know what the company will do? On 12/31/09 A/S was 1bill, 6months later 3.8bill, 3months later 100bill, big RED FLAG. They have an outstanding note that was past due at the time of quarterlies along with other debts and little on the revenue side. On the positive side, they have transitioned into a new business model/plan of Remediation. They lost use of a patent and then got use of it back if you read the lawyers letter. Could be a good MOMO play because all of the "Team Veritas" plays have been great! just use CAUTION.
