We simply don’t know what will happen next! The only thing we can do is to estimate with whatever information is available, whether the acquisition of ADBE makes sense. For many reasons would say YES.
There is also a huge short interest in ADBE. Many hedge fund owners who got caught, will try to spread counter-rumors, give interviews and bribe unethical “journalists” to get out cheaply.
Also, there are other rich potential buyers who might get interested: GOOG and HPQ (who just hired a new CEO with the specific agenda of acquiring software). The story is only a few hours old and it could grow…or not. LOL!

I’ll post any significant news or new ideas.
