Didn't our Dear Leader say he'd make announcements "when the money is in the bank"? So, say the Israelis buy....what length of time would transpire from the drying of the ink to the delivery of the dasers? Given this is government directed what time line would one expect?
Just speculating here but maybe there is a deal inked but nothin PR'd til the filthy lucre is in the vault.
