Longs, I have a question about the O/S.. if the O/S is 719,510,429 and then it mentions 322,728 are Class A shares which convert at 1:1000. Does that mean the total is 719,510,429 or is there also the 322,728 x 1000 = 322,728,000... making the total shares outstanding = 1,042,238,429... so, worst case scenario is 1,042,238,429 x .0194= $20,323,649.00 as a Market Cap... Google Finance has it at 6.84 million Market Cap and Yahoo has it at 3.07 Milliion... What ever is the real one, PCFG should be at least at 100 million Market Cap and when they start producing it is only going up further...So, look for a major increase of 5 times upto 30 times... JMHO
