I'd almost guarantee the majority will go to Edwin. Much like the LAST 300M he got, which were valued @ 30K, Actually, at that time WAY more than that. $300k absolute minimum. And they'll most likely be unaffected by a RS. THAT, is why they raised the preferred so high. He,Karen, and whoever else is lucky enough to share in them, apparently don't care to take part in the eventual R/S.
