No, the rate of drilling is a factor of money more than time. But, it's also a factor of need.
SRSR has shown they don't drill just for the sake of drilling and have been frugal in that regard.
I think you are erring by thinking that just because only 2 holes were drilled in 2010, then this somehow implies the pace constraint for future drilling.
If you look at the numbering convention, you can see the number of holes drilled in one year.
DDH-10-81 and DDH-10-83, where the 10 indicates 2010, so 2 holes in 2010.
But, if you look at 2009, there's DDH 09 80, 09 79, 09 78, 09 77, 09 76, 09 75, ... 09 72, which is 9 holes.
So, first off, there's still room in the A/S to do flow through shares to knock out 10 holes if necessary.
Again, a factor of money. If SRSR does use flow through and goes alone, then it may take a year, but I think it's nonsense that it could take until 2013 to do. That's just absurd in my view.
Even then, I expect that once financing is achieved through Dahlman, we'll see a more accelerated process.
