You are correct, this is a great tool for both the company and the employees. Anyone who has been around both types of coverage, if the company allows it, they can pass on a reduced rate to the emplopyees because it is something that can attract good people. If the claims are low enough, the companies can make a lot of money. Just sayin!!!
