R/M (reverse merger) is an equvalent of an IPO for the big boards stocks...esentialy is a proces of private company going public to RAISE MONEY... now how do 5 subsidiaries of a holding company raise money at a PPS of 0.0015... THEY DON T... we have GGER, vu365.com, WP, Ensyripct, and the main China company... for all of them to raise money through dilution it s important to get the PPS as high as possible...how do you do that??? you anounce all the mergers at a continous time table... with potencial revenues we are looking at a 20-30 mil. a year revenues holding company...
