BASED on the professionalism and quality of the 8k released by TBJK I am sure they have diligently already filed all of the necessary docs with FINRA and we are Probably looking at 30 days or less. But, If for some reason the docs are wrong, FINRA is backed up, ect, ect, could be 30-90 days.
