For the 3rd time today. The M preferred Shares "CONVERTED" into BILLIONS of SHARES. ONCE THE REVERSE IS "EFFECTIVE" Then the New Company will only have "8.6 million Shares" Becuase there Billion will be Reversed 540 to 1. Right now, the new company has aprox 4.67 "BILLION" SHARES.
