Umm. No.
It could also mean the two arms were essentially running "neck and neck" and they gave the drug the "progression free survival benefit of the doubt" to prove it works before simply just "axing" the trial.

Harvey hedging? Um, I'm not the only one that has noticed a different "tone" with regard to Rida in "SUCCEED".
