Buck so you are saying that they sold shares, which I will confirm they have sold shares. Non the less if you read the SEC report down to point 166. You will see they got 4.2 million for the stock where did the 8.1 million in the financial report come from?? Still had to come up with cash from some where. Non the less it has been 5 years from the dates mentioned in the report so you very well could be correct.

But the fact of the matter is that it still goes back into the company not like most of the other pinks. When there insiders sell they then run for the hills.
