It seems the questions keep arising about a massive increase in shares....

"I agree. I don't think anyone has any idea why the o/s increased like that. At first we figured maybe they were getting financing - 300M shares x $0.003 = $900K which would make for some nice start-up cash. If anyone can figure it out, I'd be happy to hear about it.

Just trying point out that "massive dilution" has not happened, outside the issuance of the preferred shares. So yes.....a paltry amount....
