What's the next step for us? Will we go to the OTC or just pass it and go directly to one of the major exchanges (nasdaq, nyse, amex)? --Bsirola

I don't know how these things work, but I've been assuming all along that they'd first go to the OTC board and from there to a major exchange. As you know, that's how SIAF management has framed things thus far. I would think it would be advantageous for long term investors if they went first to the OTC board and then Nasdaq; it would, it seems, provide a more graduated influx of new invesotrs and thereby build support levels in a more calibrated fashion.

I believe YHGG, which is a pinksheet stock, is planning to go directly to a major exchange. If so, then presumably SIAF could do the same if they wanted to. I believe I recall management saying that they were aiming for the Nasdaq, which would be my preference. That would require the share price to be above $4 for a certain stretch of time--7 days, 30 days, I'm not sure. Since the share price is a long ways away from $4, to get to the Nasdaq quickly they'd need to do a reverse split 1:2 which I wouldn't particularly care for. I'd rather see them grow to the $4 share price organically. But management might decide that getting onto a major exchange sooner than latter is more advantageous in larger scope of things. If so, I'd defer to their judgment.
