Yup, that is how bottoms are made, if they are made, sometimes you need a string of very negative ticks, however. The rest of my RAVN wen here at $18.11....last time they gave me a partial at $17.50, so now "They" paid the piper, though I am not sure I know why RAVN is much stronger than the rest, I have been with it too long. APSG also just went at $27.75, just short of the daily bucker.
