Bradley Eisenstein’s roots are in NY finance and banking. He started his professional career at Lehman Bros. with job responsibilities included new equity originations and investment banking.

He then became a principle at a Wall Street investment banking firm specializing in alternative investments, including film finance, media & entertainment, high-end technologies and hotel/resort construction.

In 1994 Bradley moved to Europe and started a wealth management firm catering to high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors. Upon his return to the US he founded SOHO Pictures Entertainment, responsible for all Producing and financial matters. SOHO advised and aided in raising capital for independent film productions with budgets between $10-30m.

In 2003 Bradley became co-founder of The Film Fund Management Company. FFMC was formed to co-finance films with major studios for high budget films ($50-150M). It had developed a business model with the goal of maximizing profitability by investing in a slate of tent-poles while minimizing costs by means of the agreement with major studios.

Bradley is a founding member of Prima Cinema, a company that manufactures delivery boxes allowing studios to deliver safely their content during theatrical release to private home theaters. In addition, Bradley sits on the Board of Creem Media, better known as a Creem–America’s only Rock ‘n’ Roll Magazine.

CM will expand beyond the magazine by creating a music video network that embodies and promotes the CREEM culture across multiple media mechanisms such as cable, satellite tv, iptv, satellite radio, online publications, and online television.

CREEM is being revived as (1) a music authority, (2) a place to discover new music, (3) a grass roots enabler of up and coming journalists, photographers, and videographers – giving a voice to music fanatics who want to be heard and fans who want sincere, funny, and in-depth editorial which connects them with the artists they love.

Currently, Bradley is Founder and CEO of Helios Media Group. Helios is a Media & Entertainment company formed to co-produce feature films with studios (as well as other producers/directors), purchase intellectual properties (high end literary projects), purchase media based assets that provide cash flow and take advantage of exciting alternative media opportunities that present themselves.

As a Producer, Mr. Eisenstein is currently developing Attica, a feature film to be directed by Doug Liman (“Bourne Identity”, Bourne Ultimatum”, Bourne Supremacy, “Mr. & Mrs. Smith”, “Swingers”) and written by Academy Award winning writer Geoffrey Fletcher (“Precious”). Other Projects include The Retaliator, from the imagination of comic book mastermind Stan Lee.

Stan’s name is synonymous with the phrase “Superhero”. He has created the majority of the legendary icons from SPIDERMAN to IRON MAN and now strikes again with “The Retaliator”—Stan’s newest and perhaps most relevant hero in a very prolific career. John Hart is the screenwriter and has written “Hook”, “Dracula”, Tuck Everlasting”, “August Rush”, “Contact, and “Lara Croft Tomb Raider”. Producing with Mr. Eisenstein is Elliot Abbott (A League of their Own, Awakenings etc.). Additionally, Bradley is Producing another Stan Lee project along with Elliot Abbott entitled Phantom which is currently in development.

Bradley Eisenstein is a member of The SoHo House and YPO. Bradley Graduated from Baruch College with BA in International Finance and Investment as well as a BA in Ancient Civilization with a concentration on Greek Philosophy
