There were several things that had to happen before the distribution could occur, especially since this was a brand new company. To name a few, we had to change the company name, increase the A/S, issue the remaining shares to KATX, get them registered, then for the distribution. I have followed these steps by reading the filings. I would recommend others keep an eye out for the next one (the S-1 to register the shares) in the very near future, likely even this week. On a side note, I imagine any other distributions (i.e. when Twilite is sold to BVIG) should go much faster since the company and shares will be in existence.
