Because of Space and time considerations in this email I am going to refer you to the IBOX for all the Financial and other info on this stock. I am going to detail the events and reasons why we think this is a great addition now at this time. Please refer to the ibox to verify the references to the quarterly fillings and I have listed the news below.

The main events leading up to this increase in price are the healthy news this company has been making. The first thing I will note is that they are reworking there wells and aggressively expanding there revenues in that direction. In the mean time they are also acquiring the assets of other regional companies in the Gas and oil Industry. The West Virginia Kentucky and Pennsylvania regions Number one new job also is in the oil and Natural gas right now and this company is a large part of that momentum. There has been a renewed explosion thruout this region the last two years and many of my friends have gone into this industry here in Pa. Heck even my best Man from my wedding put down his Psychology degree and now is making twice as much drilling for Natural gas.

These guys at this company are on the move thru new wells reworking old wells and gobbling up the competition as noted in there news releases.

The best part is we at the wave have had this board for a month now and have to release this as we sit right on the verge of complete blue skies breakout on the price. The float here is really small for the Natural gas and Oil Industry and these guys have the assets. there assets are 4 times more then there Liabilities on the last quarterly report. We now are sitting exactly one month away from the drilling season and seeing new increases in revenues both on the old and new wells plus the acquisition of another company.

I am setting a short term target here of .15 a mid term of .25 and long term of .50. Of course this is done very conservatively because everyday when I click on them they are making great new releases. They also have just hired an New IR Firm and these guys will want to set this higher to impress there new bosses.

If you have been looking at Natural gas go up on your home bills then this is the Way to hedge your heating expenses. I feel this company will be a welcome addition as there main focus is Natural gas then oil and will fit in nice with the DRLY stock we announced with Soldier hard.
