yea i rember everything was waiting for that spinoff to but i thought it was picific gold and couldent rember what the name of the mine that was waiting for approvial was doing it from memory and not looking any thing up they shaoul have been able to get the 500,000 or so that was owed to orgg but whatever not to many people would invest there own money instead they would just sell shares to come up with the money
