I don't think this case will go on very long. There is an enormous amount of information and available documents to support Calypso. Basically you go down the list of what they did to impede Calypso and it's over. The Daic parties have never had to go the whole way with any case against Calypso, which is part of the problem. They are always trying to manipulate within the legal system to get a judgment or something without having do anything other than say they have been wronged. I say they need to go after Carlos not Calypso. From what I've read the BOD did not approve half of the stuff Daic is claiming therefore it can't be valid. Also the prior corrupt Calypso officials have attempted to give away the company which is invalid per the articles of incorporation. WE JUST HAVE TO GET LEGAL REPRESENTATION ALL THE WAY TO THE END. Daic will probably try another agreement, but I don't think it will work unless he gives major concessions. The new BOD is on to his B.S.
