[OT/Rousseff]—All in all, she sounds pretty centrist, not a Chavez or a Correa - but that doesn't mean I'd be a buyer of PBR.

I agree on both counts: she sounds centrist and I wouldn’t want to own PBR (see #msg-51214642 for the reasons).
