The fact is a legit company would not go anywhere near this shell as it has been a scam from day one. Many well known scammers have been through it already. Love, Moffit, and Tony Gouvera(sp?) are all well known in the penny stock world for running worthless scams that dilute and destroy shareholders while doing nothing but lie. This one is about as obvious a scam as it gets.
