Matt, what do you think about the following stocks: CTSO, AMST?

I need your opinion about one other stock as well: EVFN
EVFN has about 11-20B shares outstanding and seems to have a short percentage of + 90% Do you consider it is still possible that the stock price can move up to 0.0002 or higher?
I'm not asking you to go through the quarterly reports, of possibility that this stock is a scam, I just want to know that there is a possibility that a +10B O/S stock with +/- 90% shares shorted can move up?
