The biggest problem has been insiders and lack of legal representation prior to 2009. All of the prior cases have had problems going all the way to a trial because Calypso ran out of money or there were attorneys working for Calypso that had conflicts of interest. All of the insiders have been getting the company deeper and deeper in debt with all of these bad settlement agreements. Maybe we are on the upswing with Dave and the new BOD.
