The PREM spiked higher right at 2:00, then at 2:04 it spiked to the lowest in over an hour. It has been up trending since and in the last 10 mins spiked to the highest it's been since before 10. Somebody was pushing things. Looks to be slowly starting to roll over.

Strange, we get a 50 point move in the Dow on a crummy looking beige book. INTC put in a new HOD just short of 16.
