Some bullish straws in the wind from overseas.

The heavily tech dependent Taiwan and Korean markets posted impressive gains last night. I suspect that has something to do with the resilience of the NAZ today. And the Brazilian market continues to advance on the eve of a crucial Presidential vote tomorrow.
