This 'company' is nothing more than a Pump and Dump Scam. They have been involved with Convertible Debenture Death Spiral Financing for years.

The current share structure is.....

AS = 5,000,000,000 shares
OS = 4,998,273,975 shares

This is the third time they have maxed out the AS, the first two times were followed by MASSIVE Reserse Splits of 1:100 and 1:500.

The Deer Trail mine is a played out hole in the ground.

From the 10-Q......

"There are no known, proven or probable reserves on the property."

"Accomplishing the 12-month plan of operations is dependent onthe Company raising approximately $8,380,000 in equity and/or debt."

And from an earlier 10-AQ.....

"Unico has no immediate plans to try to establish any reserves."
