Well you gave away the Big Strategy without meaning to.

In making this post you only confirm what I thought, what I said and what I posted: management issued the preferreds in order to make the float bigger so they had more shares to short against.

Reverse split; my goodness man, your statement is as good as a confession that you talked to management, or really are a ringer, an insider, who knows that management will gun the stock price so they can short the stock.

I guess you buy all those shares so you can piggyback on management's business plan for this company: vulture investing.
