its still to early to tell since this is just posted today...i had a friend tell me about a stock a while back that this happened to and the stuff involved with the SEC/paperwork/ and investigation took about 16 months.
Things like this could surface today, next week, a few months, or even longer...
From what i hear, even if you were not in the stock to this day, if you were involved and owned shares of ATNP during the times of their false PR's you are eligible for return of ill-gotten gains. What may delay is the history of shorting this stock, and the divi's...but from their conference call in the fall of last year (if thats right) chris and his lawyers informed that ATNP had plenty of money, and that they needed no outside funding...so they might have the money, but as of now, who the hell know?!?!
Its just a timely thorough process.....
To be honest, i got about 90% of what i owned in ATNP out a few months ago. After i tried doing DD, there was just no history i would find of anyone owning, or using one of their set top boxes. I even called that place down in jamaica that was once going to be involved and they never saw a thing. ATNP rarely answered or returned telephone calls, emails, and i never got an info packet from what they offer on their site. So for the past few months i was just basically in it for the divi's while owning barely any atnp...
