Not when there are only 50,000,000 shares. If this were a billion O/S then I would agree. When a company like HEMI that has lots of people invested in above a dime a share with a low share count, it's a ripe shell for the taking. A lot of investors in HMGP are holding their restricted shares for just an event. Don't get caught with your shares sold if this thing gets bought out. Remember, most IPO's cost $400,000,000.00 to do, and this company would provide an adequate shell for a private company to reverse merge with and provide immediate life to the stock.
