He belongs in a looneybin - jail is the wrong place for him. Maybe Matt should start an Ihub nuthouse for the permanently insane and deranged. They could be put in the nuthouse on a vote system - 4 insane comments and 5 ticks by other posters for each insane occasion.

Of course - jail and jailbaiting may drive a few nuts. LOL.
