I think it is a different vradley, Les (and Jim) keep track of these turns. There are diffrent time cycles like here:

or search for Bradley Siderograph, for various planetary types of cycles (they work sometimes probably since they are cyclical, sometimes I use the lunar cycle to try and pinpoint a turn point, also just the fact that it is a well determined cycle).
