Can you - or perhaps some of our other resident distributors - give us a quick summary of what qualifications and costs are associated with becoming an HLNT distributor?

I'm a stone's throw from the Mass Pike and winter is coming! Can you imagine the savings Boston's plow fleet could reap from this technology? We might <gasp> lower the tolls someday! I know, I know, wishful thinking in Taxachusetts. ;)
