etrade rarely ever restricts a stock... no wonder this has been at .0001 so long... 
- was not restricted when I rode the nice run from .0001 to .002s 
scotturd and ameritrud do it all the time... eturd when / if they did it should have been a huge hint
and if no longer, well that is also good... lol...
