Quiz: For which biotech company is the distinction between gross and net royalties most consequential?

To shrink the set of candidate companies to a manageable size, consider only companies for which sales-based royalties have not yet begun.

Clearly, there is no provably correct answer to this quiz, but I have a particular company in mind that I think is hard to top.
